First Rejection and my experience

So last night I received a mail from my college TPO office regarding the pool campus drive is being held in IIITDM Jabalpur from the company Envestnet Yodlee. I had only 5 hrs to prepare myself for interview, written etc. I started updating my resume according to the company requirement.
Anyhow I managed to buy a Tie at the last moment.

Today after giving the online written test I was not hoping anything from result.
the test was pretty good, with few aptitude question there was excellent technical questions. one of which was related with class inheritance with function overloading.
so after there was long break with result was announcing at 4:00pm . before announcement there was orientation session from company (which was quiet boring) . some quiz was held regarding the company information.
While announcing the result, the HR of the company suddenly called my name and said I was selected for the next round. Literally this is more surprise for me than for my friends. We were escorted to the visitor hostel building where we were gathered in a hall.
there one of the faculty(TPO coordinator) mention some not so good compliment about JEC from which all JEC students were upset, the thing was, since there was more than 30 people in the hall so the chattering of the students was annoying to her which I agree was annoying but instead saying in a gentle way she said "don't make noise like a market.THIS IS NOT JEC". But we can't argue with her by this statement .
after this GD was organized and my group was first.
my topic for the GD was 'Swach bharat abhiyan and what is India need to make it happen'. we were given 2 minutes to summarize our points and write it down (if needed) and then GD started. According to me I was good in keeping the points, my communication was fluent throughout the GD and make proper eye contact with everyone. I was a deserving candidate to be selected for the next round. But the my fate has decide something else for me. I was not selected for the next round.
I then thought what was the thing that the GD coordinator was looking in me and what was the thing that other selected candidate have. I realize my panel was doing more debate than the discussion. so i didn't participate in that and always putted my point in formal way.
Now what can I do , with the positive i decide to write this blog so that I will always remember my first rejection

Need of questionnaire for MLA or MP before election?

Today even a small government post(job) needs preliminary exam to hire personnel. Then why not a person who commands these government employees doesn't need to give some type of test to prove that their decision are good enough. its not the new question I'm asking from our democratic government, I'm just suggesting some ways for this. From where I get this idea ? Have you ever apply for a private firm/company (like bank employees), then I think you know what I'm talking about, well before starting interviews company arrange some sort of assessment/questionnaire test in which the respondent have to answer some (30) question which are more sort of situation based to judge how candidate will respond/react to them. There is no pass or fail in this test, they are just surveying, and all candidates have to give compulsory Well same can be done for the candidates who are standing in election for MLA/MP in India. Why I get this Idea? In Last election of MPs in my sta...
